Light Watkins is a longtime meditation, teacher, author, speaker, and podcast host. Since 2007, Light Watkins has traveled the world inspiring thousands of people to enjoy daily meditation through spiritual minimalism, a practice he has been developing for over 20 years. In 2018, Light sold his possessions and moved into a carry-on bag to facilitate workshops and retreats around the world, as well as speak on happiness, mindfulness, inspiration, and meditation to his global audience. MODULE 1: OPENING PRINCIPLES OF SPIRITUAL MINIMALISM

In this module, Light Watkins is covering the opening principles of Spiritual Minimalism, including how to meditate in a minimalist way, and he shows you how to use your meditation to make your most important decisions from your heart. This module also includes an action step for practicing those first two principles of Spiritual Minimalism.

MODULE 2: ORDINARY MOMENTS & GIVING WHAT YOU WANT TO RECEIVE

In this module, Light is covering principles three and four of Spiritual Minimalism, which includes treating ordinary moments like they are special, and giving what you want to receive. The module ends with actionable steps for practicing those two principles of Spiritual Minimalism.

MODULE 3: FOLLOWING YOUR CURIOSITY & FINDING COMFORT AND DISCOMFORT

In this module, Light covers principles five and six of Spiritual Minimalism. Principle five is about the importance of following your curiosity, and principle six is about finding comfort and discomfort. At the end of the module, Light includes actionable steps for effectively practicing those two principles.

MODULE 4: FREEDOM OF CHOICELESSNESS

In this final module of the Spiritual Minimalism masterclass, Light Watkins covers the final principle of spiritual minimalism, which is celebrating the freedom of choicelessness. You’ll find it surprisingly liberating, and the module ends with an actionable step for practicing this seventh and last principle of Spiritual Minimalist.
